Duration 1 module (40 hours)
Description
This module expands the knowledge of the relationship between voltage, current and resistance and the power dissipated in circuits. Students will gain knowledge of common resistor types and factors affecting resistance and the basic concepts of capacitance and inductance. Also, students will further develop skills in electrical measurement and working with and solving problems in series, parallel and series/parallel DC circuits
Prerequisites NUE 052 Applied Electricity 1
Topics
Assessment Practical exercises, assignments and short answer written tests
